The Indian Corporate Governance Scorecard is a joint initiative of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). IiAS is the technical partner responsible for drafting the Scorecard questionnaire and methodology. The model evaluates companies on a broad set of parameters which reflects management conduct, operating structure, adequacy of internal controls, quality of board supervision, and transparency in stakeholder engagement.
comPAYre is our cloud-based solution which enables companies and investors to search and analyse remuneration data for more than 1300 executive directors across 500+ listed companies. The tool provides facilities for benchmarking and comparison across peer-sets and establishing linkages between pay and performance of top executives.
